BURREN ECO ADVENTURE – GREGAN’S  CASTLE HOTEL

In spring 2011 Gregans Castle Hotel will be offering exciting Burren Eco breaks combining great food and accommodation along with an exciting and varied program of activities. Heart of Burren Walks is delighted to be delivering the walking element in the program.

BURREN ECO ADVENTURE

As part of the Burren Ecotourism initiative Gregan’s Castle Hotel will be offering an exciting two day Burren adventure. The hotel takes it’s environmental responsibility very seriously and has a comprehensive environmental policy. You will stay in Gregan’s for two nights with a gourmet dinner on one evening included. All the service providers who will contribute to this package are locally based. Most are part of The Burren Ecotourism initiative and the others also have strong eco credentials.

Dinner at Gregan’s is prepared by Gregan’s award winning chef Mickael Viljanen who uses the freshest and very best local and Irish ingredients in his inventive and innovative cuisine. The extensive wine list includes organic and biodynamic wines.
